INTRODUCTION

This inventory has been prepared to help you understand your team’s dynamics and create a more efficient, strong working environment. Based on the 5 Key Challenges model for teams, this assessment aims to identify potential challenges within the team and highlight areas for development.

How to Complete the Inventory?

There are a total of 38 statements in the inventory, and you must select one response for each. Please evaluate the statements honestly and aim to be as objective as possible. Pay attention to your responses, but don’t spend too much time on each one. “Your first feeling” is usually the best response.

Reporting:

• Individual Evaluation: If you are the only one filling out this inventory for your team, it is recommended to use the results to increase your personal awareness and gain insight into team dynamics. During the training on this topic, an assessment will be made based on overall trends.
